Tell that to someone with formal design training. HTML is an exercise in
frustration for anyone trying to create a decent looking page. Hence
Flash.

A CV in PDF is totally valid IMO, I need strict presentation and they
don't need to edit it. I also want to be able to author it in LaTeX and
allow the monkeys in HR to read it on their Win95 machines. Try explaining
what a Postscript file is to a HR-baboon..
