My own advice to people who are not programmers and who are just
starting with Linux is to stay away from this kind of thing.
However, I'm sure that someone on this list has read Linux Magazine
and they can probably help you :)
The confusion of dealing with a new kernel can be extreme. If you are
using the 6.4 version it might be easier for you to upgrade the whole
system. That way you'll know what you are doing.

We do have a kernel compile page but I think the SuSE manual is of
more help when it comes to compiling your kernel. Click on the SuSE
button on the front page for that.
