I guess so, I know theres another set of drivers out, but I've been busy
with some code, and I wasnt that keen on risking X locking up half way
through :)

I've seen a lot of people struggle to get DRI working.
I dont know if its that difficult, I just know a lot of people, who dont
seem to get it working.

As I understand it, (which probably means I'm wrong :) ).
NVidia are under NDA's from companies that helped develop parts of their
graphics chips. so I although I doubt NVidia are keen on openning the
spec to their cards. I believe theres other companies involved.
but like I say, I'm probably wrong.

The only peices of non free software on my system, ATM, are the NVidia
drivers, and the driver for my webcam, (and the quake 3 demo installer,
if that counts. but thats only still there incase I decide to switch the
trackball for a mouse later on. playing quake with a trackball isnt fun
:)).
