well, unless you forward X and try and run staroffice, I could imagine
that taking a while.
I think they're more likely to mean they dont want http, and ftp
servers running, and just phrased it that way to avoid people running
them on different ports, and using it as a way round the TOS.
of course, I could be wrong, but I can see no right thinking reason why
you wouldnt want people running sshd and stuff like that.
