[Sheflug] [OT]: 1st April RFC's

In the fine tradition of silly RFC's, folk may be interested to know that 
three new RFC's were released on 1st April ... 3091, 3092 and 3093. Pick 
'em up at ftp://sunsite.org.uk/rfc/rfcNNNN.txt (where NNNN is the number).

Though IMHO, none of them are as good as the HTCPP or the protocol for IP 
over Avian Carriers :)
