i do just that with kmail... it'd dead easy once you get the general idea.
when the filter window is open, select "new". from the top left empty drop 
down box, select the field you wish to use for filtering, i use "subject" as 
sheflug always apears there. next select the filter (contains/does not 
contain....) then in the top right box, type the text to be searched for, ie 
"sheflug". you can skip the next to lines or refine your search by repeating 
the above. lastly, click on the drop down box which says "nothing" and select 
"transfer", a new drop down box will apear, from here select the mail box you 
want to transfer the mail to. (i presume you figured out how to make the mail 
box?)

hope that helps.... (you can test it by using "message" - "apply filters" 
from the menus)
