[Sheflug] Cookies

Dear All

This is just aimed at general comment.  I don't want to make too much 
out of it.

When I pointed my Opera 5.1 browser at www.excite.co.uk I got the 
following pop up message in my browser.....

"WARNING !  The server you are trying to connect to is trying to set 
an illegal cookie" followed by the usual question of whether to 
accept or deny the cookie.   The description of the cookie that came 
up on the screen is........

RMID=c2f72dc93adac970; expires=Fri, 31-Dec-2010 23:59:59 GMT; path=/; 
domain=.co.uk

it seems to me that this is Opera being a bit too choosy about 
certain kinds of web sites.   Anyone like to make a comment about 
this ?
