I'd concur with this :) I'm looking at the back of a Sun SPARC 4 that has
just that sort of connector (15 pin D with <...> by it).

An AUI connecter, aka 10base5 or Thick Ethernet is useful as with a
suitable AUI <-> 10baseT or AUI <-> 10Base2 tranceiver (about 20 quid) you
can connect it to a network. :)

SCSI should look summat like, but also a 50 or 68-pin high density D, or a
centronics syle...

Yep ... that's another network (I assume those squares are sorta computers
with keyboards underneath).
