All depends how deep you want to go.

For architecture (cache memory etc.) I reccoemnd:
Computer Architecture, John Hennesy.

For recursion, there are a lot of definitions. The most mathematical:
Introduction to Languages and the Theory of Computation, John C. Martin.

Database normalisation comes in many forms (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Boyce-Codd
etc.). Buy a good book, TBH I never found one. Either too theoretical or
too basic.
