Jose,

 I'd do a fresh install if that's an option. I upgraded from RH 6.1 -> 6.2 and 
the resulting system worked, but was somewhere in limbo between 6.1 and 6.2 - 
not all the packages had been upgraded, IIRC.

 The errata for 6.2 are at Redhat.com - there are loads of them.
Linux Emporium do a CDR with all the updates for a few quid.
