	I haven't got a SB at this computer, but have one at home. I
seem to remember that there is a sb module somewhere, so you'd need to
type modprobe sb. This should load up a host of modules (among them,
sound and soundcore). 

	Sorry for the vagueness. maybe you can get hold of sndconfig,
which does a good job with sb-type of cards
