[Sheflug] SNMP daemon and uptime ?

Anyone ever seen this with ucd-snmp (ver 4.2.1)?

[172%][linux2][cej] >snmpget localhost public system.sysUpTime.0
system.sysUpTime.0 = Timeticks: (4189171303) 484 days, 20:35:13.03
[173%][linux2][cej] >uptime
 10:14pm  up 37 days, 11:34,  1 user,  load average: 2.00, 2.00, 2.00
[174%][linux2][cej] >

Just look at how long snmpd thinks it's been running ... mre than ten times
longer than the machine uptime. Suggestions on a postcard?

Machine is Dual P150 running 2.2.19 ... I'm wondering if its a timing issue
in the daemon, running at some funny speed as it's not dealing with SMP
quite right...

*shrug*

System date/time is correct.

Ideas on a postcard :)

Chris...
