Hello,

I am trying to get an Adaptec AVA 1505 scsi card working under Mandrake 7.2 / 
8.0 with no joy at all.

This is an old ISA card that is reported by the Mandrake hardware database to 
work but how?

It is the interface card for a scanner but until I can get it recognised and 
working I won't worry about how to set up the scanner.


If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
