Dear All

Weather forecast says that it's going to chuck it down with rain.  
So, make sure you use the car park in the basement of the Stoddart 
building.  That way you won't get soaked.  If you come over on the 
bus then it's useful to know that it stops outside the door just next 
to the Novotel.

If you get lost go to the front desk and ask the security guard a few 
questions. He's a friendly chap.
