Funny, because the files that are being moved wouldn't be available through
anonymouse ftp, and I can't believe that ftp will automatically fall back to
trying an anonymouse user if the correct one fails? Mind you, the client is
HP and we're talking about the people that brought the world Openmail...

It's not disc either 'cos there's about 200M free and I don't have any
quotas set on the box.

The only thing is that 'monroeit' doesn't have a shell, but that shouldn't
stop it - it didn't stop me earlier this morning...

Could it be something to do with a reverse DNS lookup for security purposes?
Our corporate DNS could be a bit dodgy on our VPN?

Really, I'm at a loss... (so what's new I hear someone cry - shut up
Parkin...)
