[Sheflug] Firewall set up.

LILO bootloader doesn't like something.

Were there any errors relating to LILO?

The easiest (probably the only way) is to boot from a boot or rescue
floppy and check the config in /etc/lilo.conf, rerun /sbin/lilo, and
see how it goes.

It might also be worth checking that at least one partition on the HDD
is marked as bootable - fdisk.

If you haven't got a boot disk - try tomsrtbt or (as I found out
myself tonight..) GNU GRUB on a floppy. Check Freshmeat for both of
those.
