[Sheflug] MySQL access

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me how I set-up rights for user 'ruthie' to create and
modify a database in MySQL?

I've tried modifying the 'user' table:

Host        | User      | Password	 . . . (lots of priv options)
gallifrey   | ruthie    | wibble        . . .(all set to 'Y')

The command: create database mystuff;

results in:
Access denied for user: ' [at] localhost' to database 'mystuff'

MySQL server sits on the Linux box 'mondas', and I telnet in from
'gallifrey', but it makes no difference if I use a terminal on the Linux box.
