David, you're not the only person - I suggest searching on Google and
going through the uk.computers.operatingsystems.linux newsgroup (it's on
groups.google.com) and find yourself 'not alone'.

Don't necessarily think that the Smoothwall team is abrasive though -
I've talked to some of them, and they're okay guys.
