Hi.

 I've just had a quick flick through the maunal, and also can't see any 
reference to what is and isn't allowed through from the inside by default, and 
how to change that.

 I'm also on WiltshireLUG (I'm actually the list admin) - we've got one of the 
Smoothwall core team on the list - he seems alright - I'll cross-post this 
thread onto the list tonight when I get home, and see what sort of suggestions 
he has.
