I'm not too sure about how good the most up-to-date version of linuxconf is,
but version 1.17r2 is fairly good at the disk quotas, as long as you want
the same for all the users. Basically it has a fairly nice screen with
regards to the quota defaults, but no way(AFAICR) to set the individual
quotas for people. Not that that's actually that difficult, but it's not as
easy as from linuxconf
