Your best bet is to try one of the generic monitors listed somewhere
near the top of the list. SVGA 640x480 should definitely work, and,
depending on the age of the monitor, SVGA 800x600  [at]  56Hz should work
too.

These are not optimised for any particular monitor, so should only be
used if really needed. However, here, they really are needed :)
