[Sheflug] Recovering tracks from m/session CDs?

Hi,
	I have a problem with one of my CDs I've just burnt. Basically,
I had an open session, and didn't fixate it (I used kreatecd), and then
added a new session. However, I cannot mount the first session, only the
files in the second pop up. Having a look at xcdroast (what I should 
have done to start with!), I can see two _tracks_. I guess that what I
want to do is to recover the files on both tracks, put them back on the
harddisk and burn a new CD. Is this possible? If so, how?
