[Sheflug] x86 to Mac CDs

I do not know if this is possible as I know nothing of file formats on a Mac, or if so how. Can someone please advise me?

I wish to make up a CD on my x86 box that will run on a Mac of unknown specification. The CD will contain images mostly JPG, HTML pages and PDf documents.

Basically it is information and images of Sheffield for a penfriend in Australia who has no net connection but does have a Mac. If this works it will make life a lot easier for both of us.
