[Sheflug] bounces

I'm getting bounces from telewest to mails to richard [at] sheflug.co.uk and 
wondered if there was a problem with the list too
(also this is the only way I can email richard now afaik)

they claim they are getting unsolicited email from richard...now surely 
that can't be right?  I've never had any...
