[Sheflug] Wvdial Delay

Hi,
I use wvdial to connect to the internet, I run it via a webpage I made.
Since getting a new v92 external serial modem (intel/ambient chipset)
after 1 attempt to get through (if lines engaged) the modem just returns
Delayed Call.  Is there an AT command or something I can send to it? Or
could it be wvdial is trying to redial too soon? If so is there a way to
add a few seconds delay between connection attempts?
