What does "connect to the web" mean? Can you bring up a web page, or are
you just talking about the admin tool?

Bring up a shell on your desktop PC. Run 'host www.sheflug.co.uk', or
'nslookup www.sheflug.co.uk' if host isn't available. See if that
resolves to an IP address or if it fails.

Now, point your browser at 192.247.47.85. What do you see?
