A very dangerous view point, and quite naive, IMHO. A virus could exist in
various ways either as a trojan that a user installs, a worm that spreads due
to a weakness in a program (witness the Morris worm of many years ago that
brought down many sites due to a flaw in sendmail).
Linux may be more inherently immune than Microsoft platforms, but it is not
100% immune.
