Due to increasing demand, I have stuck a simple PHP & MySQL tutorial up at:

It is a steep learning curve document, meaning it will tell you just what you 
need to know, and thats it. However, I hope  you find it useful.

Note that it is not finished, and the chapters about inserting data and using 
forms are not yet finished. They will be done as time allows.
