Yes.. that's what I use.  So,  there's a cable going up to the ISDN 
socket on the wall.  Another coming out of the firewall box attached 
to an ethernet card.  Other end goes into the hub and then you plug 
your other machines into that.  This works for small domestic and 
commercial LANs like my own.

Then you view your IP Cop machine from any web browser next to the IP 
Cop box or you can do it remotely from any planet in this solar 
system.
