[Sheflug] spreadsheets

How do you freeze column headings in gnumeric or kspread. E.g. month headings 
etc. The option "titles" as in Openoffice doesn't appear to be present. I've 
looked for an alternative method but can't find one. There is split screen 
option under kspread but it is not very neat.
