[Sheflug] partimage ntfs fat32 backup ext3 looking good remote

Hi All,

Yes trying to backup NTFS well some people have to for a living, but reading LF
about partimage thinking to my self give it a try, it worked. But asked students
to backup windozeee98 then delete deltree c:\windows. Oh reboot to linux go to
terminal window, type partimage select part 3 "yes four multi boot system"
select file location /data/win98image

Save as bzip takes about 6 - 10 min on 300mb approx, reinstall from image this
is the cool stuff, Simon said 4-5 min on a 1001mb data image. For win98image.000
sets up for multiple image files .001 .002 .003 for the one file about 3.12 min

Arrrrrr I ask my self lets give a remote call to the client from lxserver box
telnet in to client as user password user, su give root password. Then type in
partimage, sh*** that shows up, yes you know the rest, remote backup of OS, no I
hate windows, MS Bill Gates and the xbox will die!!!!!!!!!!!.

Well Simon it's cool you need some one on the client side to select linux, but
after that its all remote, new york - london

oh this is fred

leaving work on the end of term out for a drink or what
