[Sheflug] GPL and the kernel




Just thought I'd raise this as it might be of interest to some people. 
Linux-kernel has had a "discussion" about the GPL and after one maintainer 
fiddled an internal symbol on some of Alan Cox's code. Alan then got a little 
stroppy, and it went downhill from there :)

So if anyone wants to read what Cox, Torvalds, Arcangeli, Viro, Molnar and 
various other L-K developers have to say regarding the licensing of some of 
the kernel internals ... the summary is at:
