That could work; I've also toyed around with "frigging it" so that a user can
send an email to alice [at] internal, then having a .forward config'd for alice
locally that does all the fancy verification and then forwards it to
alice@external.
The problem is time; a quick solution (like frigging with .forward, or
getting the config right) would be best. Setting up a web form will involve a
little more work (e.g., writing and coding the form) - which whilst no means
impossible will eat time I haven't got (unless I do it in my own time). Of
the other two possibilities, setting up .forward to simply forward (and not
bother with auth) is the quickest fix. config is quick and permanent, but
finding out how to do it takes time.

Funny ... I'm reading all about the point(lessness) of disclaimers at the
moment. It's here "http://www.goldmark.org/jeff/stupid-disclaimers/" for
those that are interested. Argues that it could make you more vunerable in
the eyes of the law, and that they only have limited, if any, legal basis.
