Umm... yes :) But, this is England and as we all know - taking Rail
Crack as an excellent example - our Government is only capable of
introducing law which doesn't work and can't work. Hence their great
interest in putting large piles of money into the pockets of Gates
and Blammer - whoops I meant Balmer didn't I ?
I might mention the RIP bill and the data protection act as fine
examples of a general lack of competency in the legal department.
