There's a few out there but most of them are written as a one off for 
a company.  Thus making them expensive.

It is rumoured that the Sage tax package and others are being ported 
to Linux.  We will have to wait and see.  A few people have tried to 
start a GNU project to rival the commercial accountancy and tax 
packages but GNU cash is the only one so far and that's for personal 
finances.
