Fairly normal for a new release of Red Hat software :)

The normal method used is to take out network cards and graphics 
cards and maybe try another graphics card.  If it still won't boot it 
might be a compressed ramdisk in the RAM.  Try swapping the RAM.  
I've had that problem quite a few times with their software.

If all else fails try Mandrake 8.2 or SuSE 8.0 or better still Debain
