Braille is something that David Blunkett uses to pay those enormous 
Home Office backhanders to Micro$loth.

Braille.. as in text for the blind.  SuSE developed this yonks ago. 
Marco Skambraks was the blind developer who made it work.  A special 
keyboard is used which works with SuSE linux so that blind people can 
convert braille into code or to write e-mail or letters or whatever.
