No, but our own Government being as it is I can just about see that 
all of this money is going straight into Gates and Balmer's back 
pockets and no further.  Further effects are all of that CPS data 
being stolen yet again as it has been so many times in the past.

I've tried all sorts.  Best we did so far was the Linux seminar at 
Sheffield Wednesday's football ground.  Sponsored by the DTI.
