There's a lot of providers.. www.zenadsl.com .. might be a good place 
to start.  Also Pipex and Freeserve.  To connect your computer/s to 
the net either the SMC or Alcatel router/firewall is a good start.

regardless of what you use you must have a firewall of which there are 
many examples. Smoothwall and clones are the lowest quality you can 
do much better with BSD.
