[Sheflug] mounting a floppy

Hi all, and thanks for the reply Ted,

    I'm having trouble mounting a floppy.  When I type:

mount floppy

 

I get the reply:

can't find floppy in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab

 

Do I need to alter any of those files?  I'm only after reading a floppy disk and then maybe copying a file.  I'm logged in as root.
