Cheers for all the help on mounting floppy. I
looked at fstab... /mnt/floppy is there so mount /mnt/floppy works.
At the moment I only have root as a user, but I am guessing that if I add a new
user, it will still be able to use the floppy and cd?
Cheers for the man page help too.
Just one other thing........ Everything seems to be
running ok now, I've got the desktop to fit on my screen, sound works etc
although I can't hear linus perfectly. How would I go about backing
up?
And can anyone reccomend a book on linux......there
are alot out there, and they are not all cheap. Cheers.
