Seen a lot of this on UK LUG lists.  Not quite sure what you can do 
about it.  MPs aren't interested and the Universities persist in 
teaching people that MS is all there is.  Yes, I know SHU and Shef U 
do have Linux boxen on the network but they don't seem to be 
advertised too much.

I think something related to the Banking Ombudsman and security 
related issues *might* be a way to go but haven't tried it.

Tried Konqueror ?  It works for me.
