WalMart (ASDA's parent company) does sell some PCs with Linux on
their American website.
The problem is that, in terms of home computers, things like games
do not work particularly well. You'd have to get Transgaming or
somesuch, and if you're into that realm, you might as well get
Windows...
Also, most of the consumer cheap hardware is poorly supported
(obviously, if budget systems manufacturers required drivers for the
linux budget systems...).
Mind you, in an office environment, it's a different thing...
