One of the guys at SuSE brews his own SAMBA RPMs for SuSE.
Go to ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/lmuelle

I have installed this on SuSE 8.0 pro at it works just fine. Hopefully
the enterprise server puts samba in the same places as the PRO version.
