Okay, found some docs at...

 http://razor.sourceforge.net/docs/install.html

that tell me how to compile a Perl module/app.  Done that with 'perl 
Makefile.PL PREFIX=~' and it compiles etc.  Now I have to look at 
Simon's pages once again to try to understand how to use it.
