[Sheflug] Ebuyer.com Warning

Hiya,
I had an awful time with ebuyer.com, although they are very cheap, they
mess you around all the time. They dont send the other till all the items
are there, and I ordered about 5 items and waited 2 months while the parts
when in and out of stock. It regulary takes 30 minutes to get through as
well. You can ask a question, but from my experience they didn't answer
them! I ended up having to cancel the order, and reorder. Which took even
longer. They took my money out, and I expected the order to come, it didnt.
So I rung them and found out that one item had stopped being made, but
rather than refund me, or ask if I wanted an alternative they just had my
order on Awaiing Dispatch and never sent it! When i finally got through to
the help line, they were nice, but I ended up having to phone twice to get
it sorted.

The second person I spoke to, which I explained all of this to, was
shocked that I had to wait so long, and she hinted that she didnt like the
way it was run.

Also what really annoyed me was the queue for the order support line, I
got through as 12th in line, went down to 5 and then went up to 20th!

Id recommend not using them, or ordering every item seperatly, which
costs more due to no free postage.

Just my experience, and my friend had a similair experience. He ordered
about £150, but because the Hard Disk wasnt made anymore, they cancelled it
off his list, sent the rest but charged him postage as the order was under
£100! Rather than emailing him and asking him to choose an alternative, or
ringing him up.

Iv'e had good experience with aria.co.uk, and they do some very cheap
special deals of the day.

        Love,

        Steve
