Only by releasing a new version. Consider this: all your version up to <x>
are in the wild. Thus anyone can redistribute freely your code, modified
or not. If you recind the license, someone is going to get confused.

Create a new version, up-rev the major number (so it's bloody obvious there's
a big change) with a new license. GPL'ing can be a headache ... when I had
some software out, I found two or three forks with different version numbers
as they did further work... thus more confusion can reign...

might be where to look for these; the first is essentially you extending the
license by adding your own T&C's, the second is a GPL issue itself.
