Happy new year to everyone.

I've just had to reset my time on the desktop.  I've had to do it a couple of 
times now and even though it is set for londonGMT, it still loses its time by 
seven hours.  The date and day is always correct its just seven hours behind.  
I have mandrake9 installed.  

Any Ideas?
