The RTL8019 is a clone of the NE2K, so you should use that driver.  IIRC
it's also an ISA card, so unless you've got the original driver diskette
for it (to force it to use standard NE2K ioport and irq), you'll need to
have isapnp in your kernel, and *pray*.
Or just spent < £10 on a PCI card with chipset that's supported, eg RTL8039.
