Richard is probably applying usenet conventions...

Email arouses very strong emotions in many :)

Your sig is currently this:

> Brett Royles
> IT Support
> King Edward VII School
> Glossop Road
> Sheffield
> S10 2PW
> TEL : 0114 2662518
> FAX : 0114 2687690

A better version would be:
--
Brett Royles (IT Support)
King Edward VII School, Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2PW
T: (0114) 2662518 F: (0114) 2687690 M: (0777) 3888220

Usually, you have a sig separator ("-- " on it's own line), this allows
mail clients to remove your sig when people reply to you, which is
immediately nice. It's also less than four lines long, which is the
convention - doesn't make the scroll bars smaller, etc.

It's just a convention, but will endear you to people and using '-- '
properly (noting the space after it) makes you look l33t.

Cheers,

Alex.
